Absolutely horrible customer service! Agent talks over clients and likes to debate! Instead of finding ways to be helpful and solution-oriented, he rather remain negative and of no use! Not to mention his “over-indulgence” with trying to PUSH HIS POINT on others - versus - simply listening and acting in a professional manner. His argumentative behavior is so disrespectful and there is very little, if any, concern for clients. Lisa is fantastic! Obviously Brian isn't slouch either, but today I had the pleasure of my first interaction with Lisa, who struck me as friendly, honest, informative, and most importantly, always has the best interest of the customer's as her first priority to consider. After struggling to find a truly trustworthy insurance agent all these years, I am gald to have finally found the right ones.
Awful experience. Took 5 days to get a reply. I had replied to them to see if they needed more time after 3 days I had decided to go elsewhere. When I informed them, they finally replied that they couldn't cover me as I had 3 at faults. They were hit and runs but it wasn't even worth it to reply to them as I had already purchased elsewhere.
