If you are looking for a good management company to rent from I highly recommend Cream & Crimson. They respond to maintenance quickly. They take good care of their properties for their tenants. Had a great experience with cream and crimson. Great property, reasonable rent, and maintenance requests were handled with appropriate urgency. On multiple occasions they would drop by to fix one issue and then find a new issue and fix that one as well. Only left because I got a new job in a different city.
Josh the maintenance man for Cream and Crimson goes above and beyond. He was always a call or request away for any troubles we had! He quickly became someone my roommates and I depended on for anything with our house!
I couldn’t be happier with Cream And Crimson management! They’re so thorough with management and are extremely fair in all of their practices. Units are kept up great, and they are very easy to reach if you need something. No long waits, missed calls, etc. I would not hesitate to work with Cream And Crimson in any manner in the future. Awesome all around.
