I am so excited to finally have a place to call home. Yes, I loved the location and the house, but what tipped me over the edge was Jena and her amazing work ethic and her caring and thoughtful attitude and comments. She made me, as a single female, feel safe moving there and assured me that I would be taken care of anytime I needed anything or if anything went wrong with the home. Thank you for being so kind! I look forward to moving into my new place to call home.
Great place to live. Management has great communication and willing to help with any problem. As well as maintenance always quickly fixing any problem we have around our house. Have had no problems and will be living here again next year.
I can not say enough great things about Cream & Crimson Property Management! I own a home in Bloomington that we used as an Airbnb and it did fine but not to our expectations. Josh and his team came in to manage the property in all aspects to make it more profitable and so much easier on us! I am very appreciative to Cream & Crimson for everything they have done to help us!
Cream and Crimson have been very understanding to financial issues I’ve had for an extensive time. They clarify and make sure about when payments may be made, but are patient and understanding about it. I would leave 5 stars, but sometimes maintenance can take some time to get to an issue we have. It was about 41° in our house or so for a week after we put in a request, but it was still fixed rather quickly considering the amount of properties they work with. Other problems have been fixed the next day or two.
As a leasing resident of Cream & Crimson Property Management, I must say that their attention to detail & overall care for their leasing clients is nothing short of top notch. They prioritize the wellbeing of the condition of their properties & lessors & always make sure to address any concerns in & outside of the home. I would highly recommend Cream & Crimson to any individual or family looking for a place to call home.
