Beware in renting from this company or allowing your children to rent. Notwithstanding leaving the property in better condition than when moved in security deposit unlawfully not refunded in full. Company unresponsive when inquiries posed…ignores students and I assume hopes parents don’t get involved. I recently rented from Cream & Crimson Management. I had a great experience! The property was exactly as described, if not better! It was extremely clean and they made all interactions convenient and stress free! If you are looking for a place to rent in Bloomington, I highly suggest renting from Cream & Crimson!
My son just moved into a Cream & Crimson rental and we have had the best experience. The owner and property manager are great people to work with. I would highly recommend Cream & Crimson for anyone looking for a rental.
