One of our employees needed an apartment in Blm, IN. (we are based in Blm, IL). Jena was a great help getting him set up and throughout his residency there. She was very responsive to emails throughout his lease. When it came time for him to move out, she continued to be communicative and helpful through the end of his lease. Cream and Crimson will be our first choice if any of our employees need help getting an apartment in Blm, IN in the future.
Jena, the property manager makes sure any issues are taken care of immediately. I haven’t ever rented from such responsible owners and management. I plan to rent from Cream and Crimson from this day forward. I have so much peace of mind. I am 67 and single so that is a big deal!
Beware in renting from this company or allowing your children to rent. Notwithstanding leaving the property in better condition than when moved in security deposit unlawfully not refunded in full. Company unresponsive when inquiries posed…ignores students and I assume hopes parents don’t get involved. I recently rented from Cream & Crimson Management. I had a great experience! The property was exactly as described, if not better! It was extremely clean and they made all interactions convenient and stress free! If you are looking for a place to rent in Bloomington, I highly suggest renting from Cream & Crimson!
