We hired them to do a two part job. The work they did at first was good but now we are trying to get them out for the second part of the job and no one will return our calls. Also we have a few large cracks in the stone. They told us this would most likely happen but not to worry cause they will come out and fix it. However now they seem to be avoiding my calls. This is seriously disappointing.
We had our home done earlier this year. It looked great. However, the surface started to crack. We reported it multiple times. And even had people out to inspect. In July they promised to fix all since it comes with a lifetime warranty. As of today, October, our house still has over 100 cracks and splits in the material.
Great people to work with. I’ve had bad contractor experiences in the past so I do ask for references, which they provided and all turned out well. Limestone product looks great and the crew is outstanding. They worked with us on the exact color and style. They are artisans. Try pleased. Would like to have more done to our home someday! Worth it.
