Eric did a great job selling my office condos in Eden Prairie! Given how late in the year I started the sale process I was doubtful that he could get them sold by end of year .. but he delivered through his networking contacts! I was impressed that he did the extra work needed to satisfy the needs of the buyers which went beyond the usual responsibilities of a real estate agent. He was responsive, savvy, and knowledgeable.
