I’m not one to usually give a review, but feel I have to in this instance. My insurance is All State. I was assigned Alicia Koontz as my own personal contact due to water damage to my home. Alicia came out today to do my pack out. She was very pleasant, knew exactly what needed to be done and wasted no time getting to it. When she was finished the movers hadn't showed up yet so she left them instructions on what they needed to do. Alicia is very efficient and if I ever need to have a packout done again (hopefully not), I am requesting her. Thank you Alicia!
