Amazing company The owner Corey is honest and upfront. Went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and even helped correct a mistake I made and was willing to go out of his way to do so. Highly recommend this company.
We are needing a letter of completion for work that CRD did in 2022 to move forward on our insurance claim in 2024. We have, called CRD repeatedly, text, etc. We are not getting the letter we need from CRD for our insurance company stating that the work in 2022 was completed. We will have to move forward with legal action if they don't get this letter to us, cause it leaves us stuck with our insurance company not wanting to pay our claim in 2024, cause we can't prove to insurance Co. that the work was done in 2022 . CRD did amazing job on our roof and vinyl siding project! They got to our job very quickly and were in and out in no time. The quality of work was amazing also!
Very disappointed in this company. We have used CRD twice. The first time when we built our house and the second time when we had hail damage in 2022. We had hail damage earlier this spring and had to file a claim. We have reached out to Cory at CRD to get a letter of completion for the work he did in 2022 for the new claim. We have called and left messages, have sent text messages several times with no response. Would not recommend this company very bad customer service. Once they have their money that is it.
