Absolutely terrible customer service and low level un educated people who work there. Called multiple times and decided to show up in person for anodizing services and my god are they rude and un professional.
Reading some of these responses from the owner is hilarious. People with integrity, honesty and good character don't need to reply to non-valid complaints. Where there's smoke, there's fire.
