Beware before you get involved with Charlie Fowler. I rented a property from him for 3 years. Didn't have much contact throughout this time. Recently we discovered he was trying to sell the property after he brought potential buyers by to do a walk thru. We then decided to relocate since we were unsure of the future with the property. Charlie became angry at the fact and insisted we have to give him a 30 days notice. We didn't have a lease or contract at this point. Donna Brown was an outstanding buyer’s agent. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She found several houses that met our criteria. She was great at pointing out problems with houses that she noticed.
