They really know their way around a motor! They had our forklift running in under 2 hours, including a trip for parts!
CRC is now our go to shop for forklift repairs and this local family business is a 5-star. They are prompt, professional and reliable. Ryan (son) is an honest & experienced tech and showed up the same day we called. Donna (Mom) manages the office/billing and she is very proficient making it an entirely smooth process. Without a doubt, I highly recommend CRC for all forklift servicing.
This is a family run shop that stick to their word, I had a problem child main lift cylinder that was a major pain to repack. CRC didn't quit till it was repaired and I was happy. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and I plan on calling on them in the future!
"Not" impressed with CRC they wanted $500 to rebuild my Kubota Hydraulic Cylinder, I went on Craigslist and paid a young man $50 (labor) to rebuild my Cylinder (I supplied the seal kit). He even let me videotape the repair. Now I rebuild my Hydraulic Cylinders myself, for the cost of the seal kit (OEM Kubota) for about $70. That saves me $430. They are expensive.
