Found her on Manvel or Alvin page back in November and haven’t quit. She keeps you motivated. Love the one on one, love that it’s not a crowded and how she teaches you the workouts without making you feel bad if you are doing them wrong.. started my journey due to thyroid issues and loving the outcome and how great I feel!
