These guys are awesome in my book. Each time I had a minor issues with my system I'd bring it in and in minutes of it being pulled into port it was returned to me fully functional. Issues like blown fuse or sub box mounts needing to be replaced cuz yea i like to drive a Lil fast and take off a bit. I have a decent system for what I paid i feel and am pleased with the customer service here. Inconvenient Drove 19 miles to pick up stereo on special I called in advance to see if they accept car care credit card.(g.e capital) Said yes showed up guy said machine was out for an "software update" started talking in another language to each other didn't understand so after the finished talking what ever they said all of a sudden they do take the card but I have to do a minimum purchase of 300+ dollars to pay with card.
