i bought my system from here. it was set up, so that it sounded like the balance was only on one side. They said thats how they understand I wanted it! Now why would I want only 1/2 of the tunes from my system? it was an all day adventure, and i had to go home. I went back and complained, one employee said it wasn't his sale, so he couldn't help me. They do hack work on there speaker installations. They DID NOT seal where they ran my power wire through my firewall. So when it rains water gets inside and fogs up my windows. I went back due to a speaker issue (which they handled ) and brought up the firewall issue and they refused to do anything about it. Then they tried to say I still owed them money. I purchased a stereo for my wife's 2017 Jeep at crazy stereo. in the first 30 days I had to go back on six occasions to get something fixed. now a year-and-a-half later the stereo is broken again with the same problem.this was the worst decision coming to the stereo shop. I'd rather pay more and go to Best Buy which is where I'm going right now after they just told me they only warranty for 90 days. the owner here will smile and act like he's going to help but trust me this is not the case.
Great place for car stereo. Nick, Abraham, and Ash are very friendly and professional. I totally recommend this place if you looking for a good quality stereo and speakers. They will take care of you. Thank you so much for the Pioneer.

These guys come off as super friendly but will take advantage of you without even second guessing it. They lie about the work performed, and they don't even take care of your vehicle well. I received my car back with scratches and missing screws, even the dealership asked me what happened to my car. Coming to Crazy Stereo was the biggest mistake/decision I made while owning this vehicle. I just want to help others in preventing them from making my same mistake. Abraham, was more then helpful, great customer service,went the extra mile to make things fit, and work correctly in my Toyota 4Runner, very happy we did not have to alter anything to make speakers fit, Gave me Love on the price and labor, I highly Recomend these guys for any and all your car sound needs... Abraham had to try three pairs of speakers to get the fit right, Very Grateful For all there Help here
