The prices are outrageous. And they charge you an environmental fee. When you buy a part. And as I had the lady on the phone proceed to tell me. What that cost is for is when they get new vehicles in they puncture the gas tanks and let it drain out. On the ground. That’s why they don’t sell gas tanks. And then I asked her. I said so. Basically. I’m paying y’all. An extra fee because you chose to spill gas over the ground. And she said yes basically. Even though I had no part in that. I was just asking about getting an engine... read more

I had a great experience this morning. I needed an interior rear view mirror for my Ford van. I found it on the first row in the first Ford I found that had one. The staff was friendly and helpful and it cost me less that $8 total.

It was a hot day but I didn’t care. Cheap to get in and bring your own tools. Somehow found a 79 Ford truck and got some very cool and even rare parts off of it for my 78. Employees were laidback and nice enough. I’m definitely going back.

The website says bucket seats are 27.80, I brought one to the checkout with an airbag which they aren't legally suppose to sell, they wanting to charge me 74 dollars for it, they are always looking for a way to rail you

Drove all the way up here from Cincinnati, hours on site say they close at 5:00...we arrived at 4:34 and they had a sign posted that said "last admittance at 4:30". So my husband had to really convince the guy at the door to let him in. He finally did let him get the part, but could've done without the nonsense.

Had a good experience. Very friendly; I checked in; they had the vehicle in the yard that I was looking for; I removed the part; paid for it and left. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that the car wasn’t in the location in the yard that the computer indicated & I had to walk around to find it. Other than that, it worked out very well.
