Absolute WORST experience. Waiting an hour and a half for an emergency visit, was told it was due to a euthanasia that “took longer than expected”. Assistant suggested I take my dog to Boston emergency vet (after waiting for an hour and a half) or “you can leave even though your dog has thrown up 7 times today...” She is safely and securely admitted at the south shore emergency having blood work, IV, and ultrasound. My Cavaliers and I love Crazy Paws! I’ve been coming here for approximately 15 years. Dr. Fawn and her staff are so caring and thorough. They’ve taken care of my turtle, cats, and now dogs through the years, and I’m so grateful for it.
In the 51 years that I have had numerous cats, I have never had a better experience with a veterinarian than I (and my cat Bruno)) had yesterday with Dr. Fawn. Simply put, she was superb. She sat on the floor with Bruno in her lap during the entire visit ( a consultation re: fearful/aggressive behavior), and my "tough guy" promptly fell asleep in her lap as she stroked him; he has NEVER done this with me. Could not survive without the staff at Crazy Paws. Fawn is hands down the best vet you could have, she truly loves and cares for these animals more than any other place I've ever seen. I trust her completely with my dogs and wont let anyone else care for them but her. The staff is some of the best people you will meet, and are truly amazing, especially Tatiana! I will never ever go anywhere else with my babies!
We just switched our cat over to Crazy Paws after “not getting the warm and fuzzies” from our previous vet � I am so glad we did! We are treating Harvey for ringworm and Dr. Seidman has been amazing. He has called to check in on Harvey a few times. You can tell this place really cares about animals! And people! Loving our experience here so far
