The waitress was nice and the service was good. I think the price is a bit overpriced. However paying at the counter made my decision not to come back. The lady asked if I want to put up on card and I did. Then the reciept printed out and no tip was included at all. She couldn't cancel it and redo it, forcing me to put out cash. What if I didn't have cash? I wasn't sure if she is sloppy at handling the register or is scheming in forcing us to pay cash. But either way, I am interested in returning and am giving you head up.

We went this Mother's Day...staff was very rude...food was cold,burned and had no flavor. Waited an hour for this food...was not brought from the kitchen at the same time so the food was even colder. Sine the new owner took over it just gets worse. We will never go back again. If you are ever in Phoenix Arizona do yourself a favor and go to the Crazy Ottos there...the food is beyond excellent...always great service with a smile..I'm just not saying this because our family members own it...it is truly the Crazy Ottos of the p... read more
We use the coupon 2 for 20 we have the prime rib awesome and Budweiser is 1.00 a glass can't beat it sooo good!!
