Bought a base level e-bike from Crazy Lenny’s several years ago for a very competitive price. Battery failed in first year and they promptly replaced it. Broke a spoke the other day and they fixed it for $50. After the repair I found that they had also adjusted the brakes which I forgot to request. Thanks for the good repair experience.
Cindy was very helpful and she answered all our questions. We tried many different bikes in the large parking lot and were able to settle in on the right bike for us. They had a nice selection in the store and stock to back them up. I had tried another bike store earlier and they had no stock to speak of. Very happy with the buying experience.

Worst place EVER to buy a bike. They will tell you that you can bring the bike to your local dealer for warranty work. This is totally false. They will lie to you to make a sale. Do yourself a favor and buy local.
