I purchased an ebike back in May. Almost 3 months of having this bike I started having issues. Rattle coming from the back tire, rear brakes would sqeek and the bike shut down while riding. I brought it in for repairs. A week later I picked up the bike and they replaced main motor. Asked about the rattle and the tech had no idea what I was talking about. Cindy was very helpful and she answered all our questions. We tried many different bikes in the large parking lot and were able to settle in on the right bike for us. They had a nice selection in the store and stock to back them up. I had tried another bike store earlier and they had no stock to speak of. Very happy with the buying experience.
RecommendedDrove up from Lake Geneva and I would recommend working with Jack. Great guy, no pressure and very knowledgeable about their inventory . Crazy Lenny himself could have a bit better relationship with the customer, however, Jack makes the trip worth while.
Service - they analyzed he bike problem and had me back on it within the promised time frame!
Kim was awesome. She was very thoughtful had a lot of patience. Really guided me to a bike that was best suited to my needs Excellent experience. Highly recommend this place for E-bikes.

I recommend working with Gary, he was awesome to work with and helped me pick out the perfect bike for me. I don't recommend working with Chuck. I called with a simple question about my new bike and he made me feel stupid for not knowing the exact model of my bike. He told me I had to call back in two days when Gary is working. He doesn't care that waiting two days for a simple answer is inconvenient. He doesn't know how to give good customer service and talks to people in a condescending and offensive way. I had an amazing experience buying my bike here and I 100% recommend buying from them! They ask you questions to find the right bike and then have you try out bikes on the path. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
