The service was awful. Had to ask waitress 3 times for silverware and napkins. I will never go back there.
Had a horrible experience there tonight - waited 15 minutes before our waitress even showed up to our table to take our drink order. Waited for our food for at least 45 minutes and once it finally came out I realized my "NY Strip" was overcooked. When I told the waitress she said to look at it with my flashlight because it was dark in there and maybe I wasn't looking at it right.... It was my first time there but I enjoyed every bit of it. We got there at 10 pm and still managed to get dinner and drinks. I love the outside atmosphere. Will go there again.
The menu has lots of great choices but when our food arrived it was just ok. I ordered redfish tacos and they were pretty good but fish way over cooked. Two others ordered burgers and said they weren’t good. Service wasn’t that great either. Had to ask for drink refills several times while sitting in the bar. Nice seating area outside and live music was great.
We had a blast on our date! Games, great food, amazing service (thank you Tara), and just an over all satisfying experience.
The food was terrible. The fries were tough. The vegan burger came with a non vegan bun. The staff were confused.
Im done giving this place a chance! Im over coming in and becoming disappointed! HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE! Manager seemed too concerned on a personal call instead of attending to see if food and clientele were adequately good and or happy ...don’t bother wasting your time or money! There are better places out in Ocala to eat!
Just went to The Crazy Cucumber and the girl at the front told us to sit anywhere we wanted so we did, after she started to follow us with menus she disappeared. Shannon Pickens Crandall goes back to find her to be told that there was no one working in the area we sat in.......really? We keep giving this place second, third, and fourth chances between horrible service or lengthy wait times on food. I can tell you I will not be going back, I’m done with that place!
There literally were 3 people in the restaurant...we had 8 adults and two babies. High chairs were broken. Waiter messed up drink orders. Asked for no lemon in drinks. Witnessed him putting lemons in the cups and then removing them. Watched another waitress come out of the kitchen with her finger up her nose. Food sucked!!!! Salads came with no dressing. “Boneless” steak had bones in it and was cut up. So was it really a NY Strip??? Steak knife had dried food/hair stuck on it.
