I'm super upset. As stated in the review below, my sister is unable to use her gift certificate she got because she is fighting freaking cancer and the shop owner/ employees won't honor the certificate after 3 months. Extremely disappointed. Most definitely will not be bringing my frequent and expensive facial jewelry business here any longer.

Very unprofessional. Sister in law won a contest and told the artist she was wanting a breast cancer tattoo and she had just had her surgery Friday. They wished her well on recovery and told her they would be there when she was ready. she then talked to her dr. and he Advised she wait a while before getting it. My friend has to "forfeit" the $400 tattoo she won because she had a double mastectomy and it'll take longer than 3 months to heal. That's just wrong. Very eye opening though!

Nathan has done several of my piercings. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly & has a very sterile environment. I enjoy his selection of quality jewelry. I actually lost one of the diamonds on one of my piercings within a week and he was great about giving me credit towards a future one; he cares a lot about his customers.

Unfortunately my friend has breast cancer and due this she cant get tattooed for a long while in case of infection and she had previously won a gift certificate for tattoo time and she was told from this parlor that they will not honor her certificate after the 3 months is up. I’m disgusted at this.

My friend won a tattoo session, but she found out she had breast cancer and has to recover from surgery before being able to get a tattoo. Ago Tattoo told her they would only honor the tattoo session for the next 3 months then she looses it!! What the heck?! How does it hurt them to give her more time?? I won’t be visiting here AND I will be spreading this as a BS act!!

☆☆☆☆☆ clean , professional and friendly atmosphere. It has been awhile since getting pierced but I just noticed I haven't left a well deserved 5 star review. Nathan was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. :)

Nathan is absolutely amazing!! He did my septum piercing and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting a piercing done. I will definitely be back!

I scheduled with Ago Tattoo at the recommendation of a friend. The tattoo artist, Malcolm, was extremely patient as I explained what I wanted and what my design concerns were. I appreciated him using the tablet to modify the font design I had in mind. My design was simple but required a light touch and clean lines and he did just that. I’ve already recommended Malcolm to a friend (who scheduled an appointment today)! Will definitely be back to support this awesome artist.
