Went to go to south center mall with my handicap mother in law, all handicap spots were taken and we noticed crazy diamond used one as well without a proper placard.we ended up parking at the end of the parking lot and had to walk to the mall. Unfortunately, she slipped and fell on some gravel.she is bruised but ok.. Thanks Johnnie..
