I ordered flowers for my mom as a pick me for her mood after cancer surgery. What I ordered they did not have (the teapot). I received a call from Erica who couldn't have been any sweeter or more kind, asking if it was okay to trade out with something else. I told her yes, I trusted them! What my mom received was a full gorgeous arrangement of lovely spring like colors in a very sweet decorated water pitcher. My mom was very pleased. Thank you for helping to pick up my mom's spirits.
Erica was the best. She answered all my questions and took her time on the phone with me to assure me the arrangement would be perfect. She sent me a picture of the final product before delivery and it was gorgeous!! Thank you Erica your truly the bestest!!!!
