This is one the best stores in the crazy cat family everyone is always very helpful Mo is great at answering any questions you have on mountian bike's and is very helpful overall I forgot the young lady's name that has helped me and my family as well but she has been great when we have gone in as well and Alex always provides excellent service and he goes above and beyond and has a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to roadbikes and cycling in general

Took my bike in for an adjustment. I expressed some of the problems I was having and got great service :). All adjustment I asked for where made and more. I have only had my bike for 3 days and I can greatly appreciate the time and service put in to help make my experience better with my bike.
first I needed some tube sealent. well informed and with the right product I left the store. Fine. But they gave me an appointment for the 5th of september to pack my bike in a box to take it with me by airplane. I^m from switzerland and did not know about labor-day... So I stood about 1 hour in front of closed doors on the 5th of september. My flight was the very next day so I had a fucking pain to find some one other to pack my bike. After not being satisfied with another bike dealer in town, and based off of recomendations, I just dropped my Trek FuelEx 8 off with you on Monday and picked it up Tuesday. Took it out for a ride today (wed) and everything was awesome! Thanks for the work you did to my bike, you're my new store!
