Very cute cats and they seemed to love the worker so it was nice to see them happy and cared for. I was quite concerned about the reed diffusers all around the room (obviously to hide the cat smells which is understandable) but they are highly toxic to cats and dogs and this was quite concerning. I hope you look into different pet friendly options to ensure your cats safety.
I was quite disappointed to see the cleanliness go down here. We come over from the UK every year and always come here. Over the past 3-4 years we’ve been coming we’ve had nothing but positive feedback. We were disappointed to be met with a very strong stench when we entered the room today. It was very overpowering, while I understand that there is a lot of cats we’ve never known it to smell so bad. Awesome cat cafe with some lovely friendly cats! Gaby S was lovely and friendly and told us all about the cats and their personalities. We will definitely be back!
Thank you for having us yesterday (1st time visitors, definitely not the last!), we absolutely had the best time! I will recommend... poor G was run off her feet yesterday - there definitely needs to be 2 people on over the weekend to help run the Cafe - we would have spent more $$ there on food if G didn't have to run back and forth crazily making food and coffee and do the check in/rules and expectations process with so many visitors!
