I called and within just short of three hours I had someone at my house. Marshall came out and looked at my unit to get a game plan on how to fix a hot room in our house. While I was at work and my wife at home he took the time to talk to me over the phone and explain what we needed. We went ahead and scheduled the repairs for this Friday. As fast as the response was to come out and get the repairs scheduled, I’m impressed. Finding a good a/c company isn’t always easy but I’m glad I found these guys.

Again, the response was quick, Clay and Seth found the issue right away and promptly took care of it. Wasn't a big issue, but could have grown into one. Love the easy communication with office staff and the technicians!! We are very impressed with the way this company is managed/ran! It is hard to find these days. Very proud to be their customer and tell others how pleased we are with every aspect of their services!

Crazy AC guy worked with me to get an AC unit. Amazing customer service. Very professional. Instalation techs were knowledgeable, respectful, and punctual. They even cleaned up after the work was done and put all the boxes back in the closet. Crazy AC Guy is an amazing company that cares about old school pride and workmanship. Impressive for sure!

I want to give 2 1/2 stars but it won’t let me give half stars. Definitely gave 2 because they did at least have somebody out the night my ac unit stopped working (9pm) due To a very ignorant contractor that cut a wire and ended up blowing the compressor. The guy that came out was named Marshall and just wasn’t very friendly at all. I understand he had probably had a long work day and all but just wasn’t friendly in the least. He ended up getting my AC kinda working again and then told me it’s only gonna work for 60 days max... read more

Crazy AC Guy installed my unit a few years back. Always courteous, clean and never leave a mess. They will actually answer your questions with truthful answers! Very thorough service checkups. I recommend them with 10 stars!! Now again in 2024, Out with the old and in with the new unit. From service tech, Raymond, to installers, Bralyn, Seth and Bobby the installation went smoothly and quickly with such kindness and courtesy. They may be “crazy” but they are the best!
