I was with her for ten years or so as a patient, I also liked the nurse practitioners. You'll be happy with Jordan etc but do not book with Gayle. Someone should do an intervention with her to tell her that people will follow doctors advice and that if she doesn't know what's going on with a patient she needs to say I don't know and refer to someone else. Not dismiss symptoms as not legitimate. I have a condition Crays was unable to identify.

She dismissed my concerns and told me there was nothing she could do for me. She said she has similar symptoms that she has to deal with as well. No compassion!! She could have referred me to a Specialist if she couldn't help me. In search of a new PCP.

I have been a patient for many years only because I like the nurse practitioner. Dr Crayes seems to lead by her own emotional feelings than her medical knowledge. She is combative and does not show compassion. Finally got an appointment to change physicians!

If you want someone that will not listen to you or check your history and have possibly the worst bedside manner, then she’s your doctor. By the time I left from my appointment, I felt humiliated, belittled and defeated. She tells you one thing one time and then the next time tells you something completely opposite. Does not ask what you think rather tells you what her personal belief is. They ask you if you have any issues that you’d like to address and when you do, they don’t listen, nor do they address them. I started seeing Dr. Crays as a primary a few years ago. My last visit with her, I brought up concerns about infertility and other symptoms I believed to be caused by a hormone imbalance, and I asked for a referral to a hormone specialist/endo. She told me that my symptoms were consistent with long-term COVID and that she would not give me the referral because "doctors are too busy to see patients proactively". I have been seeing Dr. Crays for 17 years and have recommended her to family and friends who also have seen her for years. I find Dr. Crays very thorough, I have a very complicated history and she has referred me to very good specialists. Dr. Crays takes time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explain your treatment plan.

I’ve seen Dr Crays for a couple of years now. She takes the time to answer my questions and provide any necessary treatment. It’s helpful when a doctor can teach you about your health.

Went to my first appointment with Dr Crays and she was nice and pleasant. Second appointment I went to which was rescheduled twice already she refused to see me because I had to bring my two small children with me because my husband was not home in time. I scheduled this appointment specifically so that my husband would be home it just happened to be a day he could not make it. I was told previously I was able to bring them when I asked.
