We called Cray's Cooling for a leaky unit. Mike diagnosed the issue as a damaged condensation line but his work was haphazard, only repairing part of the line. The next day we noticed there was leak coming from a different area and called to have him come back but we never got a call back after leaving multiple messages. It was disappointing. We found another company who completed the job and then some.

NOTE: This review is actually for service from July 2017. In a word: Excellent! Mike comes highly recommended in quality, pricing, and scheduling. In the heat of July, our A/C suddenly stopped pushing air. We contacted Mike he did a great job at every turn! 1) He was able to get us into his schedule, which was certainly busy during the heatwave - our AC died on one of the hottest days of the summer. 2) He performed an inspection, routine maintenance, and determined the issue quickly. Cleaned and tuned my central AC unit when he heard it struggling in the heat. Very knowledgeable and now much trusted friend and neighbor. Crays Cooling is 100% customer service oriented. Highly recommended! Thanks Mike!
