Spent 4 hours here! It was great, so many things for the kids to do! I even enjoyed the activities and i'm 64!
We had a lot of fun. I would say only do this with kids 5 and up to get the best experience. We went on a Wednesday and had a lot of fun and were able to experience everything with little to no wait. I would not recommend going on a weekend or holiday. We did the birthday special which was way more than I expected to receive as a gift! Our 5 year old niece had a blast. Super cute
The associate who checked us in was so rude. First, he didn't greet us and was talking to a coworker and did not acknowledge us. Secondly, upon giving us the bags for tokens he just threw it on the counter, no wonder he has crazy eyes. He should not be working in customer facing role if that's the way he works. Then he kept saying I need a ticket for everyone going in, I said my child is 2, he explained I need tickets for each adult when I gave him 2 tickets and he only scanned one!
