We had a full encapsulation done last week and are quite happy with the results, and at a very fair cost! I got quotes from 3 companies, and Bryan at Crawlspace Xperts included some things that his competitors didn't, and was still less than 1/2 the cost of their biggest (way overpriced) competitor! It's been a few weeks since we had Bryan from Crawlspace Xperts come out to our home to give us an estimate. After discovering that the home is a modular, he said he wasn't the right fit for any repairs, but that a good bit of our issue could be resolved by installing a dehumidifier and sealing up the vents, since we had already had a French drain, sump pump, and new vapor barrier installed.
