Crawlspace Remediation LLC performed a very poor job encapsulating my crawlspace. The owner was very disrespectful. Crawlspace dirt was left all over my house and patio with no attempts to clean up. The encapsulation failed and mold was still found to be present after they claimed the job was done. Do not hire this company.

Those documents are available of corse and have been provided to you. Further more, all of our work was inspected and approved by the local building department. I would recommend these people to anyone that wants excellent work done. And in a very timely manner.Employees are friendly and know what they are doing. If you have questions they answer them for you.

From first calling and setting up a time for a quote. Working with us all the way to the final walk through, with pictures of my fully finished encapsulated crawlspace. They were very professional and informative of their product and the health of my crawlspace. We would highly recommend Crawlspace Remediation if you were thinking about any work needing done in your crawlspace. I would use them again and call on them with any problems.
I highly recommend Crawlspace Remediation. The technicians that did my encapsulation were very precessional and worked nonstop throughout the project. The quality was excellent. 5 stars in my book

All of the workmen were well mannered and were busy all of the time. I could not ask for a better job than what they did. Radon is reduced and I look forward to lower utility bills now that the crawlspace has been encapsulated.
