Logan is extremely knowledgeable about low country crawlspaces. His communication is great and his crew did fantastic work. They also work quick, one day for a clean out, partial encapsulation, sump & dehumidifier install. Highly reccomend!
Did a great job and did not try to overkill the project. They were thorough, explained what needed to be done and executed it. I am very wary of crawl space contractors that upsell projects with proprietary systems and such which only need to be used in certain cases. As long as this project keeps the humidity low enough to keep the mold out of our home, I will be happy and every indication is that this will be the case.
Highly recommend if you need any crawlspace work done in the Savannah area. They are some good guys who do good work for very reasonable prices. Communication was top notch and they are very knowledgeable about what they do. They were willing to be flexible and meet my specific needs for the job. I had a partial encap done + dehumidifier & sump installation. All the work was done in a day, the crew did great.
Super professional! Great customer service!
Logan and his team are the real deal, Jonny and Cullen did great work- if you want to work with folks that treat you like an old friend instead of just a check- go with Crawlspace medic
