We were purchasing an older home and called Crawl Space Medic for a reliable set of eyes in the crawl space. He was able to work with our timeline to inspect, put together a good plan to allow the home to breathe better, was reasonable with pricing and was able to do the work in a timely manner. Would recommend Logan and Crawl Space Medic to anyone needing this type of work!
We called Crawlspace Medic when water was coming up from my dad’s kitchen floor. We weren’t sure if it was a leaking pipe or humidity issue. Logan came out promptly to assess. The issue ended up being a leaky pipe. We decided to have a moisture barrier installed underneath the house due to wetness. Logan brought us a dehumidifier on the weekend and got us set up to dry the floors out. We 100% recommend Logan and his team at Crawlspace Medic!
This has been by far the best experience with a crawlspace company I’ve had. The main point of contact, Logan, was incredible. He came to our house multiple times to look at various things and present several options for us to choose from. Very impressed with work from crawlspace medic. They were prompt to deliver a fair quote and then finished the entire project into two half days. Logan has been quick and responsive with any keep-up maintenance work as well. Would recommend them to my neighbors in Ardsley Park.
