Donny was our technician and he was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about crawl space work, but also about prior waterproofing systems that had been installed. He took the time to walk us through everything he saw and answered all our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend their team if you want honest insight and real expertise.
Crawlspace Medic was fantastic to work with on our crawlspace encapsulation and interior basement drain installation. Prices were in line with where they needed to be, crews showed up when they said they would, and the team was super professional from start to finish. I was impressed by the finished product on both jobs and I highly recommend this team.
I can't say enough good things about Donny and Caleb at Crawlspace Medic! They were incredibly communicative ahead of my appointment, and, fortunately for me, they determined that I myself would be able to easily rectify my basement issue, which was far more minor than I initially thought. They even offered to review my DIY job if I texted them photos after completion! I'll definitely be reaching out to Donny and Caleb for any future issues and will be recommending them to my clients for the same.
Couldn't tell you. They came out, spent all of 3 minutes at my house... told me it was an easy job. I called multiple times to get a quote and it seemed like they didn't want to provide me one? Very strange. Caleb was the person who came out.
