Max came out to diagnose our basement moisture issues and was incredibly helpful. Unlike some of the larger companies we’ve had visit—who seemed focused on selling their own systems—Max carefully evaluated our existing setup and gave practical, honest advice. Instead of recommending expensive work we didn’t need, he suggested simple improvements like adding a covered area over our basement door to help block rain and protecting the sump pump located just outside the entrance. Tadd came out and inspected our crawlspace, quoted us for some repairs, he was on time, professional and did a very thorough job. He took pictures of everything and walked me through what was wrong and how exactly they could fix it. And he was very timely on providing the quote with reasonable prices. Great experience
