My first appointment with Dr. Poonawala was amazing! He and his staff are kind, caring and so welcoming. His testing was thorough and he explained everything in great detail, taking time for my questions. I look forward to beginning my care plan at his facility. We are really blessed to have a doctor with his level of education caring for us here.
This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. Booking the appointment on-line was smooth, the office staff were pleasant and respectful. To top it off, Dr. Poonawala is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I never felt rushed or ‘made to feel my questions were unnecessary. I would highly recommend this practice if you have any concerns or questions about your veins.
Dr. Poonawala is the best! He truly cares about patients and runs a tight ship. I was impressed at how the team was able to navigate my insurance to make sure everything was covered. Dr. Poonawala has an impressive background and was very knowledgeable / precise. Highly recommend!
Doctor and staff were very nice. The doctor explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He even took the time to answer questions about insurance. Very glad my Dermatologist gave me a referral to this practice.
Today I saw Dr. Poonwaha at the Dallas Vein Clinic in the Flower Mound office. The staff were very nice & the doctor was thorough, nice, easy to talk to & was able to identify my problem & outline a treatment. Very happy that I was referred here.
