To start with, if I could give 6 stars I would. The experience I had with Dustin and his crew was exceptional. They were all very professional, experienced and courteous. They took extreme care while working under our home and I really appreciate that. My crawl space wasn't terrible, but it needed lots of love and they delivered the love via Full Encapsulation. We used Crawl Space Ninja out of Columbus 3 years ago to help with a severe water/humidity issue. The guys were great and really worked with us on how to best resolve the issue within our budget. I recently noticed the dehumidifier was not working and the team immediately came out and fixed it. Super easy to work with - I recommend them to all of my friends!
