Excellent job and service. Very friendly, helpful and polite. I would recommend them highly. I sent them home with home made warm cookies. Follow up was great and returned all my calls.
I initially called crawlspace after a main waterline burst and flooded my crawlspace. I was quoted for encapsulation, stabilization and flooring. The quote was quite high so it took us a lil more than a year to be able to pay for the repairs. Let’s just say if you need extensive work you may need to look elsewhere. Every step in this process was stalled with an excuse to the point they became excessive! The job finally got done!
They are probably good at what they do but I cannot vouch for it as it never came to that. I was told I was on the schedule for an inspection during a specific two hour window, took time off from work for it, but found out that they had not scheduled me at all. Disappointing.
Scott and his team has been wonderful to work with! Super quick to respond, detail oriented, patient, and honest.
So, this was something that hit us out of the blue… we weren’t expecting to have so many issues under our house.
