I initially called crawlspace after a main waterline burst and flooded my crawlspace. I was quoted for encapsulation, stabilization and flooring. The quote was quite high so it took us a lil more than a year to be able to pay for the repairs. Let’s just say if you need extensive work you may need to look elsewhere. Every step in this process was stalled with an excuse to the point they became excessive! The job finally got done!
They are probably good at what they do but I cannot vouch for it as it never came to that. I was told I was on the schedule for an inspection during a specific two hour window, took time off from work for it, but found out that they had not scheduled me at all. Disappointing.
Scott and his team has been wonderful to work with! Super quick to respond, detail oriented, patient, and honest.
So, this was something that hit us out of the blue… we weren’t expecting to have so many issues under our house. I cannot say enough good things about Crawlspace Brothers. I had an issue with water penetrating my crawlspace and pooling on top of an existing moisture barrier. Crawlspace Brothers came up with a solution to provide proper drainage and protection to my crawlspace with encapsulation.
