Professional, arrived on time and did a great job.
just now New Got an appointment with crawlpros/pestpros. Was told the other company is the one to deal with my bird problem. Scheduled the other company on a Monday, soon after I got a notification the appointment was Friday the following week(i did not agree to this). I decided ok I waited it out, even though they already saw my issue of birds in attic, after the wait they showed up and didn't have a ladder tall enough for my 2 story. The solution? Website says Snohomish County, but unless your near I5 don't bother your out of there service area. I'm east of the 5 by 12 miles and they told me twice they only have one person. Stars are for quick call back and pleasent reception, lack of stars are for vague website that pretends to service an area but really doesn't
The tech came out and wasted my time by telling me our crawl space is to tight for them to take on the job. I didnt see a crawl space company coming out for a quote to tell me they have to much work to want to take on a "hard job". I would not wait or ask these guys to come give you a quote since they won't do the work anyhow.
