Had my stuff in there for 3 months and I went to go put more stuff in my unit and the whole unit had been broken into and everything stolen. So the cameras were useless. And the locks that you HAVE to purchase thru them is garbage. Still can’t get ahold of anyone in control of the units to talk to them about it. I am paid up thru NEXT month and want a refund because obviously there is nothing left in my unit but can’t even get a live person to call me back. All my furniture and kids stuff just GONE
Gates, you must have code to get in. Seems secure, but my sister has had a unit that she has paid for 3 years, but she cannot get anybody to answer the phone. What kind of service is that? I hope her stuff is ok.
