Outstanding Service from Crawford Service – Special Thanks to Doug & Lee! A few weeks ago, my Navien tankless water heater stopped working, and Crawford Service quickly diagnosed the issue—a leaking heat exchanger. Since it was under warranty, Navien agreed to replace the entire unit, as the inside was flooded. However, Navien mistakenly sent only the heat exchanger instead of the full unit. My kitchen sink water was just a drip, I couldn’t get anyone to my house until next week. I sent a message at 9pm last night and received a call from Janie. She sent up my appointment same day! Mr. Lee Slocum showed up and saved the day! He was polite, professional, had a great sense of humor. He was efficient with his repairs, and at a great rate. My kitchen sink works again!
