I began having problems with the upstairs HVAC system cooling. Service Experts checked the system and found a leak in the coil upstairs. This was one of the systems installed in 2016. I had several options explained very well to me. A complication is that the EPA has again changed the refrigerant in use today. Bad attitude. I called for new install estimate and they charged $100 saying diagnostic fees. Rip off stay away.

Service person arrived on time and quoted a price for my plumbing repair upfront. The work was completed in a timely manner. The service person was very helpful answering my questions concerning future repairs that might be needed.

We were a long time (2018) of Crawford Service and they were sold to Service Experts. We have paid for maintenance and today was the last straw. The service is horrific! Hannah in their call center put me on hold for 18 min, said they could not get another tech even though they missed their window time and our home heated up to 85! Diane called, said they would send another tech even though Hannah said that’s impossible. Tech and sales guy show up (Lorenzo and James).
