Great service by Abel Z
Ever since Crawford was acquired the service has deteriorated. They are not responsive, don’t return phone calls, Don’t respond. The service tech does not follow through. Very frustrating. I have used them for 20 years with good results until the last few months. At this point I have to switch to a service provider that I can count on.
Lee Slocum showed up on time, was courteous, professional and gave me options. Will use him, again!
Lee Slocum fixed a leak in our wall very quickly and efficiently. He was friendly as well.
Got my maintenance done through the service plan I have. Easy scheduling and Abel Z. was right on time. I had some issues with the draining that I’d had before, but didn’t realize was reoccurring. It was some work, but Abel Z. got that resolved very quickly and everything is back in business. Great experience overall.
