We had our spring service done in April and it appears that the tech and his trainee took a break at our house. None of the filters were cleaned and the uv bulb was not replaced. Today we had a problem with one of our units not working. Christian came out and took care of the problem, cleaned the unit's filter and got us up and running. Can we request which tech we get? I'd like Christian to come out and do my fall check-up. He was really great.
this company has gone to hell in a handbasket since they merged with the other companies we have had multiple conversations with them regarding our maintenance on our unit units that we’ve had been paying for, and they came out to our house and told us that only one was covered in all four recovered. It’s ridiculous ever since they merge the other companies, the service has been atrocious.
Awesome job! Came out same day. Technician was very attentive. Figured out the problem and got things working.
I had a great experience with Service Experts and especially with Richard Martinez. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very honest throughout the entire visit. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my HVAC system, checked the refrigerant levels, cleaned the condenser coils, flushed the drain lines, and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand.
