What a wonderful experience, from the first phone call, they were so efficient, absolutely reliable and on time, thank you its so good to have someone so trustworthy. Just had Crawford Plumbing & Air-conditioning’s Tom and Marcus come and fix my pump and related bits and pieces - so thorough and great communication. Highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs and will definitely call them in future.
Big thank you to Tom and Marcus for their transparency and efficiency in getting our gasline working again. Crawford plumbing were excellent to deal with, less than 24 hrs from form submission to having Tom and Marcus come out, identify the issue and rectify it. Couldn’t be happier, and my partner and I will 100% be getting guys back out for other jobs and issues.
We had three big jobs done today at our property. One had been the repair of a major leak in our backyard, a new tap in our front yard, and the capping of an old tap that was right up against the wall of our house that was leaking. Also an attachment to depress the water pressure on our water metre. We are very happy with the work that has been done, and appreciated the advice from the Plummer. He and his off sider did a great and professional job. We would recommend them to anyone who needs some work done.
I had a slightly urgent job I needed done after all the rain we have had the stormwater had backed up. I called Crawford and they came out within the hour. Tom was really helpful explaining everything that was being done and potential fixes if the same thing happened again. He fixed the issue on the spot. All in all if I ever need anything else plumbing related at my house I will definitely be calling Crawford plumbing again. Cheers Guys
