Great customer service from walking in the door to getting scans done. The staff is very friendly!
This was the second orthodontist we consulted with and they developed a very clear plan as to treatment for my son. The staff has been very welcoming and professional for each visit. My little one gets very excited when big brother has an appointment, making what can be an unpleasant procedure enjoyable for us!
My son had his braces placed on Feb 28, and he wasn't sure what to expect. He was a little nervous to be honest. From the moment we walked in the doors we felt at home. The entire staff was welcoming and kind, the office is very clean and everyone is smiling. They offered us something to drink, gave my son a ton of patient goodies (water bottle, t shirt, etc) and were very informative. We have recommended 2 other people there so far , I hope they go and see for themselves how great this place is. Good job Dr. Crawford !
Beyond wonderful experience! From the second I walked in the door, I felt very comfortable, happy (they have a fun atmosphere), and relieved to finally have found a knowledgeable and friendly staff that was more than welcoming. Thank you to all the staff!
We are new patients and prior to starting care we checked out several othodontist offices. My daughter really liked the friendly staff and thought Dr. Crawford was the "coolest" of all the places we checked out!
From the first consult through the actual application of braces, the entire staff made my kids feel safe, confident, and informed about the whole process. I would definitely recommend them!!
