⭐️⭐️ Disappointed by the Follow-Through The office is clean, the front desk staff are pleasant, and Dr. Crawford is very sweet. My kids (ages 10–16) liked her, but said the X-ray techs weren’t very friendly. We’ve been coming since June 2024, and the initial evaluations went smoothly. They do accept Medicaid/CareSource, which was a big reason we chose this office. Unfortunately, everything after the evaluation has been frustrating. Very unprofessional, they pulled my daughter's adult tooth and id giving me the run around to resolve this matter. It's been over 3 months and they will not add her to the schedule to resolve this matter.

4/24 @9am Today I had the worst experience at this place and this has never happened in the 7 months we have been coming here. There's some new black lady with chipped up hair whos hair was pulled back into a small ponytail working at the front desk with a black shirt on who was disgustingly rude! Nasty attitude early in the am.. Please stop hiring people who do not care to help others.
