You guys are great! I’ve always had a pleasant experience with Crawford. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond and friendly. I’m so happy that they are our propane provider and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks again!
6-7-22 I received a credit on my account from energy assistance. Crawford oil sent me a bill shortly after for a "low usage fee" apparently if you use less than 400 gallons they charge for it. I asked why and Nicole said it was because they don't charge a rental fee for the 500 gallon tank I have. This feels very scummy to me. I'm not a fan of the company. The previous owners of our home used Crawford Oil for their LP tank so we decided to keep service with them and we have not been disappointed!! Every time I call, I talk to someone friendly and helpful. They say they’ll get there in the next 5 business days, but usually come the same day! I also love the blogs on their website (which also get emailed to me). They’re very informative and keep me up to date with what is going on in the propane world and how it affects me as a customer.
