Efficient, professional, no fluff. Very good experience with my closing. Don't use the closing lawyers related to your builder; you need an independent rep looking out for you. Crawford was well worth the money.
Very friendly.. one error on our new address was to be corrected b4 buyers closing but it was not on final paperwork. Our new street is Shadywood, not Sunnywood.
