Went one time for a check-in on an issue. The doctor did not help with my issue and only referred me to additional doctors to get further instructions. The bill was expensive despite having good coverage and they do not accept HSA or FSA. You will have to pay cash. The front desk is not helpful and they only work 10am-3pm with lunch from 12pm-2pm.
Not a review for the doctor but his phone answer service agent has terrible attitude. Suggest Dr Chung to reconsider whether he wants such an agent to represent him
Professional. Focused. He did not dictate his findings to a third party. He was in the present, making sure that his diagnosis and follow up prescriptions matched his findings. The best part of my visit was Dr. Chung's appreciation of my time. I would like to find other Doctor's who work like this.
