They never answer the phone in this office, you are always forced to go into the office. What's the use of having a business phone when you never answer the phone. Also, the company has offices in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama, but their systems don't communicate with each other. I am trying to get my tag since my car is registered in Georgia, but attending college in Alabama. I have my policy in Alabama, but when I went to renew my registration, I was unable to do so since their system does not communicate with each other... read more
