Paid in advance for an emergency service. Both days the service was set between 830-11 am. No call, no show the first day. I called at 3pm and was told that maybe it's best to reschedule for the next day. So i did. I asked to be the first appointment of the day... was told that i was (even though i knew that they were telling me what i wanted to hear).
