This place is awful. My dad was in here less than a year and came out worse than when he went in. Tremors from too much medication, and severely dehydrated... I don’t recommend this facility if you care about your loved ones.

The wound care team is great. Big thank you to nurse ROBERT on overnight. My wound was quite serious and Robert did a great job keeping the dressing changed Special thank you to Vannessa on overnight The physical/occupational therapists did an amazing job with me as well as other clients. The team of nurses and cna’s in the day and afternoon were also very competent. A special shout out to Scotty on afternoon shift and the very special Tracy on days. These people made my time there so good and I thank all of you.
I am a current employee and when my mother was a resident she was well taken care of and I haven't found anything horrible about the place when she was here thats why I jumped at an opportunity to make others loved ones feel as good as my family did

great place to be at doesn't have an odor, I've worked there everyone is friendly and the food is good
I have to give a shout out to the nurses and staff at Crawford Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Van Buren, AR. They have taken great care of my Papa for the past several years and this was them in the rain as we made our way to the U.S. National Cemetary. Thank a nurse today because they have a tough job!
