Always under staffed and impossible to care for patients if you can’t take care of your staff how do you think they will care for others...
RecommendedI’ve been working here since end of December 2018 and I love working here. I work in the activities department. I love my coworkers ❤️. We all get along ,work together, and we have an awesome boss 😀. The staff is friendly and always say hi to you when they see you. The residents are happy which is the most important part. I also enjoy going to work and making the residents smile 😊 💕.
When I first walked in I got a really good vibe, I have been the Activities Director here since 9/2018 and in my time here I've had nothing but positive experiences, the residents are happy and wonderful and the staff is friendly and fun. Matainance has really spruced up the house, all the units have been painted and being remodeled. I absolutely love working here.
Please settle the contract with the workers! They deserve dignity and respect on the job for all that they do!

I am currently a patient here for a fractured disc...the nurses do not put the right times down that meds are givin so that every time i need my meds they are half hour to 2 hours late...therefore im in severe pain during my physical therapy. .not a place i would recommend for anybody in pain...
I have worked at Crawford for almost 5 years. I made a second family there and thank them for the experiences they have given me as a nurse. I will miss everyone there. Thank you Crawford for everything.
