Shopped here for washer for first time. Dana was excellent!!! She helped us find a great GE washer. Very helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile for us. She helped us get paperwork needed for our insurance claim. Service man was very helpful and explained everything to us Delivery guys were great!!! Very helpful and friendly. Definitely will shop at Crawford furniture for all our appliances!!!
If i could leave no star i would...First off assumed my gender for a male very unprofessional treated me less than human racist if you ask me, endangered the life of my unborn child in my belly after i told her i was expecting as a black woman I am never coming here again we don't have to do business. unload heavy items by myself pregnant didn't care about the life of my unborn black child.
