I was disappointed when Dr. Crawford chose to require a large fee just to continue with his practice - I have double coverage and am pretty healthy, so I did not see justification for this expense. Also, Dr. Crawford did not have a backup physician on call to cover a vacation at a time when my husband was experiencing unusual symptoms that ended up being a life-threatening condition that Dr. Crawford had been treating as Lyme (even though the tests were negative).
