Rating 2 stars not because of anything BUT their stupid sign “Will Call Hot Shots” Change the damn sign to “Pick Up”, what wrong with it. This is not rocket science, make things simple man. I had to drive around several times to finally find where the heck to pick it up. Crawford also doesn’t have front desk for ordering. If you want to order, make sure you call Counter Sales Representative beforehand. If you show up and try to order in person without calling, suck to be you.
I go to this location all the time for material in the will call section and everytime Elizabeth gets my order she always does it fast and with good attitude, can't really say the same thing about the other staff.
One of the most polite professional well ran places that I have delivered to in a long time 6:00 a.m. appointment was done by 6:30 Plenty of room for overnight parking
