Great place for garage door parts. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable in helping me find what I needed to repair an old spring system.
These guys are TOP NOTCH!!!! Daryl (hope I spelled that right.....) is not only knowledgeable, but he goes outta his way to be helpful!!! When I walk into their shop, it's like I took a step back in time to my old shop back in Florida. Everything is right handy!! Hard to find a company with better customer service. Had two broken garage door windows and an attempted break-in at our business at 11PM. I emailed the service department at 6:10AM the next morning. Jeremy called me right back even though they do not open until 7:30AM. Despite the fact that they had a full schedule of calls ahead of us, they sent Darrel to pickup the parts that they did not stock. Within a short time he dropped off the parts and we were back in business before 10AM......amazing and special customer service.... read more
